So I weighed in today at 203.8. That means I am 4 lbs away from my major mini goal: to leave the 200’s behind!
I do not recall being under 200 for quite some time. Before my son, before my divorce, before my marriage, before my high school graduation, may have even been before high school itself, you catch my drift.
So when will I meet this goal? Well I’m shooting for next Friday! Yes one week! If I hit the gym 2 hours daily and continue these new meal replacement shakes once a day, I’m positive I will leave the 200’s behind.
But, yes there’s a but, since there’s this little person I’m responsible for, who thinks his bedtime is 2am with 4 o’clock and 7 o’clock wake ups I am hoping to get enough sleep to make it to the gym as planned. (Any tips on getting him to sleep through the night would be appreciated)
But, yes one more but its a good one, since come 9am he will most likely have me up we will make the most of the morning and hit the gym.
No excuses! I plan on leaving the 200’s in the dust and never looking back!
